    Running nose and sneezing

    Don't get discouraged. Your body has basically 'gotten used to' your routine. Switch it up. Don't change too much. Start subtle and check the results. Outdoor exercise is harder now, I agree. Try some indoor things to keep you active. Get some hand weights Check the food journal...
