Wow! you are doing great! Keep up the good work. you are really close to your goal!
I am down to 170 and still losing little by little. Not really trying, but still happy. I still eat too fast sometimes and throw up, but I'm really trying to get it under control. So unsatisfied with the way...
Update:
I found out I am not experiencing "dumping" and have done a ton of tests this week. I have stopped drinking milk, which helped a big. Hoping to have the results soon and that they find something easy to correct.
I think the green was from my remnant stomach as I didn't eat for over...
The thing that stands out in your post is that you not only recognize the trigger, but you also recognize you need to do something about it. Also, none of us can do this alone.
All of us have had some type of issue we need to overcome, you are not alone. I would not only make an appointment...
I understand how you feel. You seem to have done so well and you can get back on it. Some people have advised going back to a liquid diet for a week will get you going. As for motivation.... Why did you get the surgery? Perhaps writing down the reason/s will help. How is your health? Is it any...
I must congratulate you on your great progress. I should have known better than to write that comment. We are such an informed group!
Keep up the good work!

Thank you

First of all, know that it can take as long as 4-6 months to get all of the tests out of the way. Does your GP have any documentation of your weight loss attempt?
My requirements were the same as yours. They were satisfied with a list of diets I have tried.
Good luck and you have found a...
Hey everyone!
I am 1 month post op and I guess I expected a lot more. I get depressed because I have soooo many pills to take and that I still have a couple of issues. No pain, thank god, but I hurt every time I eat. I try to eat slow, but goodness. How can it take 1/2 hour to eat an egg...
like everyone said. We are all different and, no matter what, it is important to listen to your body. Take your time is a lot better than doing something too much and having a ton of more problems.
