I started at 300lbs, I had R-N-Y surgery in 1999 lost 175 lbs and felt great. Then about 8 yr later I started gaining weight, I have regained 80 lbs from poor eating habits, I really am trying very hard to loose this weight but nothing is working, doing clean eating, watching carbs. New to this site, I'm am from Ohio. I had R-N-Y surgery in 1999 and lost 175 lbs, kept it off for 10years and then the weight started coming back :((, I have put 80 lbs back on and I am just ready to take this weight back off. Any suggestion? Really been watching what I eat, no more junk...- Countrygirl50
