    Couple years ago I had a mri..I nearly didn't fit in the tube. Last week I had a MRI...I slid right inside the tube..And room to spare. I was a bee bopping.....3 yrs and 144 off. Woot woot

    Scared after reading poor weight loss

    Hello...Don't be worried... everyone looses at their own rate. Ive lost 144 pounds.. keep within 5 pounds of goal for 3 years now. If you worry you might just sabotage yourself.

    Write everything down that goes in my mouth. I weigh myself daily so I can see where I'm at. Portion control. Find hobby exercise walk etc. I'm always keep my hands and mind busy. Have faith. Don't worry..What if....Enjoy Ur journey

    Need advice

    I take my protein shakes with milk and lil decaf coffee. Yummy. You must take your vitamins. experiment with different brands and capsules chewable etc. Sometimes it takes a bit to find wat your body can handle. Never give up. The journey is so awesomely worth it. Good luck.

    8 weeks post op: Gastric Bypass: Food does not appeal to me

    Since I had my bypass 2013 I don't care or think a bit about food. I have to look at the clock to see when to eat. This is quite a change.

    Hypoglycemia

    I had bypass June 2013 and lost 144 pounds. Before surgery I had high sugars. About a year ago I started to get low blood sugars. If I go below 100 I feel so weird. I get low couple times a day.
