overwhelmed

Hi Everyone, I had my surgery 13 years ago and although I have maintained my weight loss, I cannot tell you how easy it is to forget the basics. I just read a thread about eating protein first...when did I start eating carbs first? I walked religiously right after my surgery for a year outside...
