2 years and I have not see the weight loss I had hoped for

I lost 80 pounds in the first year, see I had a sleeve, then the next year 2014 has been hell and I gained 25 back, now I am struggling, I need support and help! I am so upset with myself, but still eat things I should not.

Im in the same situation. I lost almost 200lbs and now have falling back into chips. I need an infusion of will power . We can do it .

Go back and start as though you just came out of surgery..

Start with the 5 day pouch test and go from there.

Sounds as though you may need to re-learn how to use the tool that WLS surgery provides.

Stop emotionally eating and get back in touch with whats eating you.
