Hi everyone!

Had vsg July 2020 in TN & moved to Pascagoula Ms 6 months ago. I am struggling A LOT! I can't seem to find a free support group in Pascagoula & I am looking for ones who aren't in the honeymoon phase to get some guidance & encouragement from.

I've been eating around my restrictions due to stress eating & I've gained around 15 pounds.

I know what I need to do & how to do it. I'm just super stressed and doing it alone with a couple foodies in the house.

You’re welcome . It’s on zoom and there’s a different presenter every week. The participants are muted but can chat in the chat room during the presentation it runs 1 1/2 hours. Very helpful.
