I had my 3 month follow up appointment with the surgeon's physician assistant. She said all my bloodwork returned normal and that I'm doing fine. She also said my weight loss is right on track and even a bit above average. I haven't been weighing myself at home and due to self esteem problems never look at myself in the mirror, so I was pleased to hear the medical professional say I am doing great. I can still wear my XXL yoga pants, though they are roomier, so I'm basically judging by, how the clothes fit. I have lost 20% of my total body weight prior to surgery. I am so glad I finally had this surgery, and am keeping on with exercise and appropriate foods. Just feeling relieved my bloodwork returned normal and for the most part, few complications.
