How would one know if your pouch leaks, I get a weird sensation after I drink I guess I'm paranoid but wonder if it's normal lots of gurgling and bubbles it's feels like.
Am I working for nothing

Mine still does that and I’m almost 10 weeks post op. It’s gas and maybe a little irritation. Mine stopped for the most part when I switched from cold water to room temperature and added crystal light. Anyway, if you had a leak there would be no question. You would be insanely ill

You'd be really sick if your pouch was actually leaking stomach acid into your intestinal cavity. It doesn't happen without an immediate emergency medical response following.
