I too understand that having someone that also had a surgery and knows what it is has to help. My sister and daughter both are supportive but neither had surgery. My sister is trying to lose weight ad that helps cause we support each other. But, I think it would be nice to have a friend that I could talk to and see lol. I am in ohio, I go to the support group at Miami Valley Hospital, on Tuesdays once a month. The biggie for me is it happened so fast that I can not get used to looking at me now. So it time I was told my mind will accept what my eyes see. If not I will go to a therapist. Anyway, hope everyone had a great week and a better weekend.
