I have had balance problems too. I walked in to vote today and lost my balance and fell into a wall. Embarrassing! Only a couple of other people were in there voting and the women behind the tables working and all eyes were on me and everyone laughed and asked what I had to drink. I kind of thought it might be due to me losing so much weight my body is still adjusting, but maybe not, I'm not sure.

It happens. The body is going through a tremendous change. I ended up with severe posture issues.

I went to PT to focus on standing up straight.

Fortunately, I didn't really have a balance issue.

Your body has gone and is continuing to go through a tremendous change all for the better.

So, the balance thing will come eventually for you.

You have to retrain a little and work at walking with good posture, etc., etc.
