Before and After

I just saw Diane and Bill post before and after photos. I know we have all done this on different threads. I thought maybe we could do it on one thread for an easy search, incase someone is struggling and wants to see proof positive it works. Wow. This thread will also come in handy if you need a reminder of how far YOU'VE come.

I don’t have many pictures that show my whole body, I got so used to putting one of my kids in front of me for pictures, or just taking a selfies. The full body is from July 2019 and June 2021. The selfie is March 2020 and May 2021.

Well, this is me. I have no after pic yet. I very rarely let anyone take a picture of me (seems to be the case with alot of people here). This was a special occasion, so I had to smile for the camera, I don't look thrilled but give me a break, I was tired, emotional, and dealing with my other kids during the pandemic lol! It's the most recent pic I have, from about a year ago.

I went in for my annual with my OBGYN and he saw me from his office. He said if he didn’t know I was coming in he wouldn’t have known it was me.

obviously, before on the left and today, while going through stuff in storage I came across my old Marine Corps uniform, and the thing fit. A shade tight, but damn it felt good to put that on again.
