Chaffing during exercise?

Good morning to everyone! I would like to ask for input on how you are dealing with the chaffing of loose skin while exercising. There appears to be creams, powders, and sleeves. Has anyone had success with a specific type of skin protection?

My best protection is to not exercise LOL jk! I haven’t had that issue only because I tend to wear tight things to workout/be active in with loose fitting tops.

Thank you for the input I usually wear tanks even at work in the winter because of overheating, but maybe should look into something with sleeves just for exercising.

my doc prescribes TARO cLotrimazole cream, USP, 1. appy under skin folds as needed, and overnight. I love it.

I read that deodorant works. Just rub it onto the areas that rub together, like inner thighs, etc.

I never read about the deodorant thing but I have used it, thinking if it helps wet underarms why can’t it help the belly and boob hang. It does help less heat rash in those areas.
