Hey all - I keep seeing folks post their WL goals using cute little circles that are labeled ‘Starting Weight’ ‘Highest Weight’ ‘Goal Weight’ and then breaks it down by week and then how much to go until goal. The format is definitely not handwritten, looks like an app… I can’t seem to find one.. any ideas?
