I was ready to ask questions and answered you question but they are al answered for you and me....am very dissapointed with my self because I need to redirect, encourage, re-affirm my self to start a diet again. Almost after 2 year I gained only 10 pounds back...but I need to lose like 20 to 25 to get close to my ideal weight. Contribution to weight gain is definetely stress, family problems, and all possible problems came after my surgery date. I lost my job, my auutomobile was total loss and my completely separation from my husband are the key to stop exercising and having a different perspective of life.
