I was getting a bit tired of my protein drinks and decided I needed to kick them up a notch. I love Eggnog, so after some research I made my own recipe from the information I found, and its delicious!
3 cup 1% Low Fat Milk, Skim, or Soymilk
3 large Eggs
Eas - New 100% Whey Protein Powder - Vanilla, 2 scoop (has 26g of protein)
3 T Granulated Splenda
2 teaspoons Vanilla
Nutmeg
Mix all together in blender. Makes about 4 servings (1 cup).
