Like Gzar mentioned the Progessive Light Soups are one of my favorites. Prior to the surgery I would never eat soup of any kind and now it is what I have at least once per day. Other favorites are Dannon Light and Fit Greek yogurt, the Dannon Light and Fit protein drinks (basically yogurt in a bottle), Fairlife Nutrition Protein drinks-vanilla is my latest flavor pre workout and chocolate post workout and for snacks I have become a big fan of the Pnuff Crunch in Cocoa and Cinnamon versions. I saw them a few weeks ago on Shark Tank and figured I would give them a try and now I am hooked. They are great because it is like a snack food but has protein as well.
