 so I was super impatient and anxious...start my all liquid diet on Sunday and I feel so unprepared! I am going to be digging through all the forums to prep for my future change in life! Totally excited to lean on all of you for support and encouragement!

Also, use the search feature to find great posts about specific answers to questions you have. It IS a great group and everyone here is eager to share with you. You may still feel unprepared no matter what you do, but that's okay. Just put one foot in front of the other and get it done. Your body will move ahead, whether you're ready or not.
