I actually just use a steno pad. I do use the Baritastic app to log my food at the end of the day to calculate my numbers, however, I like to write down a running tab of my food and water intake on paper throughout the day. Then at the end of the day I will jot down my total protein and water intake. For some reason I still like a paper visual that I can refer to for days past. Also, if for some reason I ate more than usual or wasn't tracking that day (for example a holiday), I make a notation as to what the circumstance was. On the right side of the page I make my daily to do list.
