Hello

The theme of "discovery" is also common in popular gay porn movies, as characters explore their sexuality and desires.

I have always said that the mental side of the challenge is the hardest part - if I wanted to do liquids just by choice, I would have no issue, but once I "have to", it is like the only thing I want to do is to chew on something, LOL. Staying busy with other things is helpful... One thing that I did post-op to help with that desire to chew - I would take a bite/chew on something and then spit it out. That helped immensely with the need for some sort of texture or crunch. It feels like these phases are going on forever in the moment, but it goes by quickly and you will be on to learning your new way of eating soon.

Mind over Matter!! I love your mindset - as well as the concept of bite, chew, then spit out to get you through!

Have an amazing day!

Yes, I'm on a clear liquid diet for the past few days and boy is it hard. I would love to read other people's experiences from this point and after surgery.
I feel you, I am on day 7 of liquids only and it was a struggle at first, I prepare almost all of my family's meals and I had to refrain from sitting down to dinner with everyone for two days, now I am doing good, I have conquered that part and the hunger part but now I'm just tired a lot. Just keep pushing... If I can do it you can too!

It is hard before surgery because you know your preop body can eat. Postop, it is much easier, I am never hungry anymore. I still have cravings for some things, but I don't mind cooking for my family, it is kind of nice to do it so I can still enjoy food by preparing it to bless them, even if I don't eat it. Almost like therapy. I can lick a spoon afterall. Protein soups, or sipping broths are very therapeutic for meal time. I can sip a bowl of warm broth while my family eats and be at the table with no problem. So, it does get better, we all adjust differently. This is the first time a lifestyle change seems to be really happening with me mentally, I grasp it with this more so with other weightloss systems that just focused on my diet and fitness without surgery. The commitment is real now that my body is forcing it.
