Help!!

Hey Missy,
I would totally be on MyFitnesPal app, my problem at the moment is that I injured my foot and I am waiting on an MRI to happen on Monday since there's so much swelling. I have a boot and will be in it, for the next 2 weeks possibly 12 weeks if they say I need surgery!!! All I am doing so I don't totally loose it, is weight lifting!! Which I have to tell you is not as bad as I thought!! I used to walk 2-3 miles 4x a week. even started jogging but, than this totally put me in reverse!!!!!!
