Hey how the heck is everyone today?

:D

Feel great today even if the weather sucks. Hope everyone is well and thiunking to themselves, "its almost February then March, then April. Not to much longer untill we get the renewal of the Earth. Fresh grass and flowers popping through the ground & sunshine. I can ride a outdoor bike then, by that time I should be flying lol I ride my indoor every nite. But its not the same is it? Soon though very soon... I can hardly wait.
Have a great evening everyone.
Hugs,
Angie

The sun is shining (even though it is only up to 13 degrees), and I am feeling fine too. My motto has been, "Think Spring", ever since we took the Christmas decorations down on December 26th. I cannot wait for Spring. My treadmill is in storage from our move, and it is just too cold and icy to walk outside right now, especially only being 4 days post op, but just walking around the house helps. Yes, it has been a great day today.

Today was a great day, I escaped to the casino for a couple of hours. Big spender and I lost 20 bucks and had a nice time helping a lady sitting next to me. I think she probably has early alzheimers and was so sweet and appreciative. Her hubby kept coming to check on her. The sun was shining and the wind was blowing and even though it was a bit chilly it was a fine day. Pain isn't too bad today and that is always a plus. Hope everyone has a good day. Joy

hi Missirenee glad your're doing well after your surgery. I think all of us are ready for spring, fresh flowers and sunshine all the time. I think all of us are beginning to fee "human again" I sure feel as if I have a new lease on life. wishing you continued success as you heal.Donna

Gorgeous day in the Bay Area in California. I wore a tee shirt and sandals today! Trying to walk outside twice a day to soak up the sunshine. Felt sorry for myself a bit tonight when everyone was eating burritos. Started saying to myself... Why did you have this surgery?? Had to pray and think about the bigger picture. Not just the burrito I was missing but the life I was saving. Today was one week post op. struggling getting protein down. Full so easily. Is that normal at first? Figure by next week I will be feeling better. I am getting all my supplements in for sure.
