You and I are in the same boat. I'm very new to the site. I'm very excited about my upcoming VSG (4/11/23). And, I'm just a little nervous. Maybe it's because of the surgery but it's probably realizing this a lifetime of poor choices and bad habits are coming to an end. Welcome, and as the others have said, you will find plenty of support and advice here!

As Tracey said, it's important to remember the surgery is a tool. Your nutritional plan and vitamins and exercise are what makes the tool work best.
