Hi I'm Diane and I had gastric sleeve. Best decision I ever made. I feel good . I too have problems with protein drinks ,any suggestions. I'm on soft foods now sometimes it gets pretty boring . I eat lots of cottage cheese , and chicken any good recipes from anyone. Just wanted to say hi.
