HI EVERYONE I AM NEW ON HERE I AM ALMOST COMPLETE MY SIX MONTHS PRE OP JOURNEY. IS ANYONE FROM NEW YORK CITY WHO MAY NEED A GYM PARTNER? I DONT HAVE MUCH OF A SUPPORT SYSTEM AND WAS HOPING TO BUILD RELATIONSHIPS AND HELP ANYONE OF YA AS WELL. IF ANYONE LIVES IN NYC PLEASE HIT ME UP WE CAN GO WALKING TOGETHER, EXERCISE, ETC. IF YOU DO NOT LIVE IN NYC YOU ARE STILL WELCOME TO HIT ME UP ANYONE CAN STILL BE A GOOD SUPPORT SYSTEM. WE CAN FACETIME WHEN WE AT THE GYM, ETC. WHAT ARE SOME OF YA EXPERIENCES WITH THE SURGERY? I HAVE AN APPOINTMENT MONDAY MORNING FOR A HEART SONOGRAM AND ANOTHER EKG. SURGERY WILL BE IN JULY. HAVE ANYONE HAD TROUBLE LOSING THE REQUIREMENT WEIGHT? IF SO WHAT HELP YOU TO GET ON TRACK? I LOST TEN POUND EACH MONTH FOR ALMOST THREE MONTHS AND I WENT THERE A FEW DAYS AND GAIN SEVEN POUNDS I CRIED BECAUSE I REALLY THOUGHT I WAS TRYING BUT THE CRAVINGS IS SO HARD I AM GOING TO CONTINUE DOING WHAT I WAS DOING BEFORE WHICH WAS APPLE CIDER VINEGAR TWICE A DAY AND BALLERINA TEA THREE TIMES A DAY IT HELPED ALOT
