Good morning. I am new to this site. I just had the gastric sleeve on June 9th. I am down over 40 pounds now. I have found that over the past week or so that I am not able to eat as much as I was the prior 3 weeks. I get full so fast. I don't drink anything an hour before or after I eat. I try to eat my 2 ounces of soup and 1 ounce of yogurt with apple sauce in it and I can only eat half. I am wondering if it's in my head. I have been overweight mist if my life and i don't want to go back. I only hear the negative things people have asked me. Like, aren't you just going to stretch your stomach out. Are you really going to be able to keep the weight off. Etc etc. I don't have a local group I can go too because of my work schedule. I just need advise and help. Anyone open to giving me your thoughts?
