I have been working out on the recumbent bike in the "cardio" room at work on Mondays and Wednesdays, and I walk around the building several times a days. Then I ride my recumbent bike here several other days, however it isn't as easy as the ones at work. Of course, it's a cheapy. Just ordered a Bowflex Treadclimber so will be using it once it comes. I used it when I was going to the gym a few years ago and I really liked it. Been wanting to get one for a few years. Finally biting the bullet and doing it. My husband is going to use it, too. Working on cardio now. I need to start using the weights I have to build my arms. I think we are all doing great and I am happy I found this support group.
