Cleaning out your pantry and replacing your foods with healthy snacking options helped me a lot! :) Stock your shelves and fridge with things like: Sugar free popsicles, sugar free jello, sugar free pudding, greek yogurt, applesauce, granola, single dark chocolate squares, etc. Or have several premade protein shakes on hand so when you get the munchies you choose a shake instead? Hope this helps :)
