Hope everyone is doing well. Just had sleeve surgery sept 5th and looking for a support group/meeting in the Thousand Oaks/Ventura county area. Anyone know of one?

If you go to the Forums main page, there's a list of groups by city and town. But Ventura may not be there. Did you ask through your surgical outlet or hospital? They should have a group on site.
However, I didn't find in-person support groups helpful. They contained a lot of pre-surgical types who just stared at people like me and didn't even ask any questions or tell their stories. Not supportive. This group is fabulous. Post more and ask specific questions, or study the members' posts and reply to them. You'll wake people up pretty quick.
