MIGHT be helpful

I was looking for some information on the liquid diet and found some posts I thought you might find interesting if you're new.

First, learn to make Magic Milk. Do a search for the recipe which is here, (MAGIC MILK) but basically it's just nonfat milk mixed with a packet of dried milk, which doubles the protein. When you have it made, you can use it in everything you'd use regular milk for, including pudding, instant mashed potatoes, creamed soup, cream of wheat or malt'o'meal cereals, cooked in milk NOT water. You can use Magic Milk during your liquid diet and also to create pureed or soft/semi-solid foods in that phase.
