I've been having some health issues, not related to surgery, so I haven't been online as much as usual. I really need to be on here for the support and to give support. It does me good. I have my weekly weigh in tomorrow and then have my six month check up with my doctor on Tuesday. Hopefully both will give me good results. I'm at 103.2# down. The weight loss has slowed down. Once my health improves, I need to get back to walking. Our new puppy needs the exercise too.
