I had rny bypass on 7/21/22. About two weeks post op I got super nauseous and had occasional vomiting. I ended up in the hospital for eight days because I couldn’t even drink water. They ran a bunch of tests and I don’t have a leak which is good but they can’t figure out why I am so nauseous. I’m wondering if anyone else has had this. I’ve been on multiple antiemetics, Prilosec, Pepcid, and even erythromycin. Nothing has helped. I have an appointment tomorrow with a GI specialist but I’m wondering if this is common. It’s hard to even drink water. I know I’m not getting in my daily water and protein. I still occasionally vomit. I can eat one thing and be fine and the next time I eat it it comes back up.

No, that's way too long to be having these kinds of symptoms or reactions to the surgery. Please let us know what your doctor says after your appointment.
