What are hair fibers? Is this a thing you have done at a salon? Can you notice anything weird close up?

The hair fibers basically look like dust, lol. I am putting a link for them on Amazon below. Of course this is for the color that matches my hair but you can select pretty much any hair color. I purchased them from Amazon but I am sure you can get them from a beauty supply store as well. I bought a little bulb head to go with it and just squirt it in the spot I want it to go. If I get it too close to my face it looks like I have a smudge of something there. But you can't really tell in the hair unless you put a ton of it on. I had to apply it two or three times before I felt comfortable in the amount. Afterwards I just put some hairspray on to make sure it stays put and then I am good to go!
