Wow very informative. Just ordered bariatric vitamin with iron and calcium and some muscle protein still considering the gene protein powder first day 1200 blended foods. Not sure of orange creme Greek yogurt with milk. Thinking of adding soy protein to finish what I didn’t drink.

Make sure you don't combine minerals that cancel each other out.

I also think bariatric supplements ate a scam. Read the labels.
