Noodle-less lasagna!

GUYS! I did a thing! I used egg white wraps in place of noodles to make lasagna! it was delicious! 8in pie pan cut into 5 piece, 361 cals, 9 carbs, 33g protein!!!

Aren’t they shaped like circles? How did you layer it?

Funny you mention lasagna because I’ve been craving it lately. When I can’t sleep, I lay in bed trying to figure out how to make it without white pasta. I still want it to taste good and resemble lasagna.

Yes the are round, that is why I used a pie pan. They fit pretty good in the 8in pie pan, maybe a quarter inch gap all around. I just filled it in with the sauce.

Yup, I plan to try that too because I love squash and Zucchini.

I use these, along with spaghetti squash and eggplant. My husband gets suspicious of what I'm trying to serve him when I still call it lasagna but he eats it!
