Hip hip hooray, I passed my psych eval! I met with the psychologist for the second time this morning. He said I am ready for surgery and he will send his letter of approval to my surgeon. This is a huge relief for me. I was so worried that he would find something wrong with me and decide that I wasn’t ready. As a person with low self-esteem, I always doubt myself. The psychologist is hopeful that my self-esteem issues will improve after surgery. I will have a follow-up appointment with him three months after surgery. I am so happy!
