I have finally been cleared for surgery. All requirements have now been fulfilled. I have an appointment with the surgeon next Wednesday. After that, they need to submit it to insurance, and then I get a surgery date. Woohoo!
Psychologically cleared...finally!

That is exciting for you. When I was called with the official approval and given a date (8-29) for surgery, I cried. We go thru months of appointments and work, I guess the waiting caught up with me.

Congratulations on your date. I have been in the program for 13 months, and it was one obstacle after another.
