Suthy, see if you can find a restaurant named Parma Roma near the pantheon. They have amazing amazing food. I'm so jealous!! And if you can, get a day trip to Pompeii. Its indescribable.

I will keep an eye out for that restaurant, Missy! We actually are going to Pompeii, I’m so excited I can’t stand it. Also going to Greece, so of course, will have to snag a gyro. Travel is my favorite hobby and I can’t wait to sit in an airplane seat and be able to snug up that seatbelt with room to spare!

That is the best. Airplanes suck when you're heavy. We are doing a 2 week London/Paris trip in May. I can't wait!!

Nice! That’s the next trip I’m planning, Paris to Switzerland. Nothing better than experiencing different cultures!

I am amazed by how others live. Its very enlightened to go to other countries. The history alone. Add in the different philosophies on food, life, work etc and it really gives you a new perspective!

The USA is an infant compared to other cultures! I've never been out of North America and I'm jealous but excited for you two! Keep your eyes open for recipes we might be able to adapt to our needs!
