It was more about getting back up, and the recliner helped with that. I had my gallbladder out at the same time though, so that added to my abdominal discomfort.That’s interesting. It was really useful for getting up from the sofa, getting out of bed, and going up the stairs. I will need to dig that thing out of the closet when I have my surgery!View attachment 5068
