Hello, I am scheduled to have surgery on the 17th of November. I have Barretts esophagus so I go in on the 10th to talk to the doctor about which surgery (,sleeve or gastric bypass)I will have. I think I am going to go with gastric bypass. I am on the liquid diet now until surgery. I am on day two. I CAN'T seem to get the protein of 70 grams. The drinks I got are Muscle Milk, Adkins and slim fast. I don't understand why you can't have coffee in the morning. I am looking for suggestions and support. I am nervous but so far positive. I have been reading the other writings and find them very interesting. Any suggestions would be helpful.
