Hello,
I'm just looking for feedback on your favorite tracking apps.
I'm obviously looking for one that tracks protein and fluid intake.

I use my fitbit app, I also have the fitbit aria scale. It makes it easy for me to have all the information in one place. I find the fitbit app easy to track food and liquids. It keeps track of the 3 main macros daily, protein, carbs, and fat.

I use baritastic. It is a bariatric specific app that can also tell you when to stop/start drinking before/after food. It has most foods I've eaten and tracks all the basics, plus bathroom habits (if wanted) for when there may be issues early out.
