228 calories per serving and only eight grams of protein. Total rip-off. I forgot my reading glasses so I couldn't read the label. I had the clerk read the protein grams to me. And I thought , huh, 8 grams of protein. That's pretty good . But I didn't realize that you had to eat all four at once in order to get 8 grams. I just wanted to try them but I really do not like them. They are made with dark chocolate and I like milk chocolate. So I have managed to choke down 2 of them and I think I'm going to put them in my little snack basket for later use. I do not recommend them.
