I had RNY on May 11 & I came home on May 13
So far ok... can't sleep in bed yet. I'm seriously very bloated from gas & IV fluids. I feel like Violet from WillyWonka!! LOL
Taking my meds & supplements ok. Started protein shakes yesterday ok
0 energy
Hurts to burp
I'm a tootin machine LOL
Trying to stay positive

Hope you start deflating soon! Take some short walks to help.

Sadly all that is perfectly normal. Each day/week gets a little easier. Hang in there!

I agree walk, walk, walk, and maybe even fart on your walks. Helped me a lot.

Your energy will take a while to come back, hopefully the bloating will be quicker. Just remember, each day will get better and better!

Every day it gets better. It will take awhile drink lots of water and walk a lot . Walking was the best and still is the best thing I do
