Uncomfortable waiting, not knowing

Welcome to the group. It sounds like you've been through a lot and have come through struggles with strength and perseverance. Which is exactly the traits you need to succeed with WLS. My cousin (who had the sleeve) has the pseudo tumor as well, albeit a much milder case. They say that obesity makes the symptoms much worse. Of course it did not go away for her but after the sleeve, she has seen a reduction in the number of headaches she gets. So I really hope this helps you.

Thank you missyinacage for the support! It has been a rough go with PTC. When I was first diagnosed and saw another specialist it was around the time I lost 30lbs. The doctor said usually there is a reduction of symptoms with even 5% body weight reduction, but for some reason my symptoms got worse. But with bariatric surgery 96% of individuals with PTC experience remission and although I will not get my sight back, all the other health improvements I can have would be amazing! Thank you again!
