Water

Just thought I would share a tip. I bring a 24oz bottle of water with me to drink while checking all the new posts on here first thing in the morning. By the time I'm done on here, so is my water. That's 1/3 of the total intake for the day I don't have to worry about. It makes it easier to get the rest in throughout the rest of the day. I just hope it will still work that way after the surgery.

Hehehehehe, this is when I drink my decaf coffee. Usually I have three cups slowly sipping as I do my email, check my blogs, and come here to read all the posts.

P.S. I carry the 24 ounce bottle with me when I am out and keep one with me in the evenings up until about nine.
