Weak having low energy and gas

Hi this is my first post. I need help. I feel like I might die. I had the sleeve in 2011. Minimal success. I had the duodinal switch in 9/2019. Major weight loss low energy gas and bm always. Thanks
Jeez Kim, have you been discussing with your doctors? There definitely sounds like an issue is going on. I'd be on the phone with my surgeon, my PCP, and a gastroenterology specialist. Good luck!

Kim, you are another new member who signed on and off very quickly on the same day and there is any record that you have come back to read posts or to ask for more help.

Your wide range of symptoms, added to the fact that you had a duodenal switch, indicate that you really need to see a doctor no matter what state you are in. And yes, you do need to see a bariatric specialist, but they aren't very hard to find these days. I hope you can find one and we'll go in for an appointment because it sounds like you have an array of problems that require medical intervention.

If that is absolutely not an option for you, get your medical records from your old surgeon and take them to an internist who can also prescribe you a bariatric endoscopy. And make sure you tell everyone you see that you cannot have a blind endoscopy because of your surgery.
