Well Tuesday is my day

It’s Monday morning 0100. Im still awake. Stomach a little upset. All I get to have today’s are just clean liquids. I’m going to miss my protein shakes
They have need a life safer the last 2 weeks. I just keep reading everything over. I don’t want to fail or make myself sick. It took me 3 or 4 years
To get to the weight I’m now. I need to take my time and follow the guidelines for the different stages of the diet. I know it’s no a fix for my knee and back issues, but I know it will help. I’ve got to be able to be a lot more mobile.
So keep me in your thoughts on Tuesday.
