What a difference a year makes

I am very excited about my journey! Last year I was at my all time high of 218 lbs and a 52" waist...this year I am below my goal weight of 135! I went for my 1 year follow-up and I weigh 130 and my waist is 29"...Woohoo!!! All of my blood work looks great and I feel wonderful!
