What I normally eat

Breakfast either 1 scoop of whey protien and 4 oz. of skim milk... or 2 eggs and a slice of cheese

lunch: can of tuna w/ lite mayo amd salad or a can of sardines

snack: laughing cow cheese and a half of a piece of fruit

dinner: 3 oz. of meat (usually fish or chicken) and a vegtable

I always take my vitamins
 
For Breakfast I have one Protein Shake, which has zero sugar, and three carbs, mid morning, a WW skim cheese stick, drink two 8 oz glasses of water, lunch I'll have an apple and some cheese, mid afternoon, some almonds and dinner usually a piece of chicken, or steak, or pork with a veggie and sometimes a sweet potato, or some pasta, but a very well-cooked pasta with some sauce. My vitamins consist of one Multi Vitamin, two Biotin, one Omega 3, two B-12's, two Iron with Vitamin C, and Calcium Citrate with Vitamin D, and a stool softener to prevent constipation. Usually I take the vitamins after I've eaten some food.
