Weight Gain after 2 years

I am two and a half years post surgery and am having a difficult time with my weight gain. Heights weight pre-surgery was 351, post surgery lowest weight was 185. I am currently sitting at 209 and it is driving me crazy. I have put on about 18 lbs in the last two months. I don't want to be one of the statistics of people gaining back all their weight. I have worked so hard to get where I am and want to stay there. Will power is weak and I snack like crazy at night time. I am good throughout the day since I work so much but even with all the snacking I feel like I eat no where near the amount I used to and don't understand why I am gaining so much. Really looking for anyone who has gone through this to help me figure out how to deal with this and what to do about it.

Are you keeping a journal of all food and drinks you take in? Sometimes that will help you pin point the issues. Those late night snacks might be the culprit, you shouldn't eat 2-3 hours before bed from what I heard. Your will power is not weak, it is being told something else from your brain, you need to talk back to your brain and say "no". You had the strength 2 1/2 years ago and shed all those pounds, you can do it again. Just get back on track. Instead of a snack, go for a walk and thinking about how much better you feel when the weight is off. Be positive and know you have friends to help you along the way. You can do this!!
